David works with privately held, middle-market businesses across a variety of industries to achieve specific growth, financial and operational objectives. Projects focus largely on exit strategies, liquidity events and capital raising initiatives. He has over 20 years of experience, gained with small, mid-sized and large multinational companies, and a comprehensive background in mergers and acquisitions. Transactions have ranged in value from a few million to several billion dollars.
David spent two decades in New York City and Chicago. He ran the CFO Advisory Services practice at Geller & Company, a financial advisory firm, was Executive Director at SCP Worldwide, a global sports, media and entertainment company, and held key positions with Zurich Financial Services, Exelon Corporation, TransUnion, Allstate and Arthur Andersen.
David earned an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, a BBA from the University of Wisconsin, and is a FINRA licensed Series 79 and 63.
